Terms of Service

Welcome to MyOperatingSystem.ai (“the Service”), operated by InteGrow AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

MyOperatingSystem.ai is a personal AI operating system that lets you organize your business knowledge as Markdown files and chat with an AI assistant that has access to that context. The Service uses large language models from third-party providers (currently Anthropic) to generate responses.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

Everything you upload, type, or have the assistant generate is your content. We claim no ownership over it. We store it on your behalf so the Service can function (in our database hosted on Supabase) and we send relevant portions to language model providers when you chat. You can export or delete all of your content at any time from the Account settings page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or designed to harass or harm
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Bypass usage caps, share accounts, or resell access without our written permission

5. AI output disclaimer

Responses from the AI assistant are generated by language models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying anything you act on.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Your monthly cap (in USD of API spend) resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current cycle. We do not refund partial months.

7. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or to comply with the law. We may also suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for more than 12 months.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active users by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
